• At McCarney& J, our aim is to make your shopping experience as  an enjoyable journey. An exchange will be offered provided the goods are faulty and/or damaged or if we have delivered incorrect goods.

• All requests for return must be made within 7 business days in receipt of the Product with the provision of evidence e.g. pictures which we accept

• Prior to returning or exchanging your Product, please e-mail to our Customer Service Department at [email protected]  to request a replacement and obtain a Return Authorization Number. 

• Refunds will be issued by cheque and will be post to your designated address.

• The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

• All Returns and Exchanges must come with the original receipt/ credit card receipt. Returns/Exchange may be subject to a 10% handling fee if you fail to return the original packaging included original packaging materials, warranty cards(if any) and accessories. 

• Please note that it takes about two weeks to process returns after the Product is in receipt at our office. 

• Returns or Exchanges may be refused due to wear and tear. 

• Return shipments are made at your own expense unless authorized in writing by our Customer Service Department. You may also return the products to our office in person during opening hours.

• If the returned product is faulty by our error, we may arrange replacement, refund of your original purchase price. We reserve our right to decide the validity of your claims as well as the mode of compensation, if any.
